We're thrilled to present an awesome evening featuring three of New Zealand's top endurance sports athletes who have successfully balanced life commitments while competing at the highest level; Ryan Kiesanowski, Rebecca Kingsford, & Craig Oliver.
We also have an expert in mitochondrial function and health, Nicole Barnett, to share how the powerhouse of the cell contributes to sports performance!
These gurus have an absolute treasure trove of knowledge to share. Whether you're an aspiring athlete or simply a sports enthusiast, this is an opportunity you don't want to miss!

Meet our lineup:
Ryan Kiesanowski is a seasoned athlete with a rich history in Multi-Sport spanning three decades. 2nd Male Elite at the 2023 Kathmandu Coast to Coast and 3rd at the 2023 Further Faster Waimak Classic. Balancing life as a veggie farmer and a family man with four kids, Ryan's ability to compete at the highest level is truly remarkable.
Rebecca Kingsford, with seven years in the New Zealand Triathlon High-Performance Team Rebecca brings a wealth of experience to the panel. She claimed 3rd Elite Female at the 2023 Kathmandu Coast to Coast and won the most recent Further Faster Classic River Race in only her second year paddling! Hailing from a dairy farm in Tirau, Rebecca transitioned from a full-time athlete to a 'real job' in 2015.
Craig Oliver, a champion Mountain Biker at the Oceania and National levels plus a number of top 10 finishes in U23 World Cups, Craig has consistently delivered top performances over a number of years. Hailing from Oxford, Craig successfully balances life, Mountain Biking at the highest levels, coaching, and beekeeping. His achievements are a testament to his dedication and skill.
Nicole Barnett is a nutrition and research expert who currently heads the Research and development team at New Zealand cell health company MitoQ. She has over 27 years of experience in the health industry, working for companies across the globe. Nicole will speak about mitochondrial health's role in improved sports performance and recovery.
